Google's Business Profile help page describes automated calls, texts and WhatsApp messages sent to a business's verified number, and says answers may be used to update the profile. A screen now lists each collected item with its source and date, and a Delete control.

US Shopify merchants can run ChatGPT ad campaigns from the Shopify App Store now; other markets follow from September 23. A Sponsored Agent is a labeled conversation a user opts into after clicking an ad — OpenAI says it is separate from ChatGPT's own answers.
